CHG series hydrogen equipment

Apply scope:

CHG series hydrogen equipment increase dryer and purifier based on CHO series hydrogen equipment. It makes hydrogen outlet purity up to 99.9999%, the dew point down to -75℃ and hydrogen outlet pressure up to 4.0Mpa. This equipment suits for higher requirements for hydrogen quality. We can make the appointed hydrogen equipment according to the client's needs.

Model meaning:


Working principal:

The equipment use water electrolysis to generate the separating hydrogen and oxygen. Through the controls of the liquid level of hydrogen / oxygen tank, to ensure the hydrogen purity. Then, it will go through the steps such as clean hydrogen, gas / liquid separation, cooling, purifying deoxdization and dry process to produce high purity hydrogen.

Working conditions:

1、the hydrogen equipment does not allow to be placed at the outdoor, also indoor place needs to protect against rain, thunder and mice.

2、make sure the workplace is well ventilated, and also places ventilator at the top of roof to prevent gas gathering.

3、Make sure the environmental temperature is above 0℃ and below 40℃.

Structure characteristics:

1、electrolytic tank:applying brand-new structure design to have lower electrode voltage, higher current density and lower energy consumption of hydrogen unit production.

2、Gas / liquid separator:simplifies the previous product structure, makes space smaller and better effects of gas / liquid separator.

3、Explosion-proof design:all the parts are designed as explosion-proof. Clients can choose the appointed brand parts if they required.

4、Cabinet:one integrated cabinet, containerizing or disassembly according to the client's requirements.

5、Pipeline:we apply SS304 stainless steel and use loose joints instead of traditional flanges. It helps users after-sale cost and makes equipment space more rational.

6、 Purifier & dryer:Ⅰ、we apply only one four-way valve to replace more than ten traditional valves which cause high fault rate while surging tank.

6、 Purifier & dryer:Ⅱ、 condensated water in the system can be automatically released without any independent control.

6、 Purifier & dryer:Ⅲ、the purity of hydrogen outlet reaches to 99.9999%,the dew point is down to -75℃.

 

Note:Model below CHG-50, the equipment can be designed in one integrated cabinet. Model above CHG-50, the electrolytic tank needs to be placed alone and gas / liquid separator can be designed in one integrated cabinet.
